A lifetime resident of the Port Huron area, Mr. Rowling graduated from Michigan State University in 1970 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law in 1974. Admitted to the State Bar of Michigan & U.S. Federal Courts with many law school honors. He began his legal career as an assistant prosecutor for Macomb County in Mount Clemens, Michigan, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases before specializing exclusively in major and severe injury and death cases for 40 years.

Frank M. Partipilo continues the family legacy of providing exemplary legal counsel to southeast Michigan residents. Mr. Partipilo graduated with a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2001 and earned his Juris Doctorate, graduating magna cum laude, from Michigan State School of Law in 2004.

A recipient of the Lewis P. Colombo Award, Mr. Partipilo is licensed to practice in all Michigan state courts and the United States District Court.
